About the Role

Vendôm Talents – Nouvelle opportunité - STAGE Réceptionniste polyvalent (H/F) - YNDO HOTEL

Vendôm vous propose une opportunité exceptionnelle en tant que STAGE Réceptionniste polyvalent (H/F) au sein de YNDO HOTEL

Missions Principales :

• Accueil et accompagnement d’une clientèle internationale

• Gestion des arrivées et départs (check-in / check-out)

• Suivi des réservations et demandes clients, conciergerie

• Participation au service en salle (petit-déjeuner, bar ou restaurant)

• Coordination avec les différents services

• Contribution à une expérience client haut de gamme

Profil recherché :

• Formation en hôtellerie/restauration (en cours ou diplômé(e))

• Sens du service et excellente présentation

• Polyvalence et adaptabilité

• Français & anglais courants (une autre langue est un plus)

• Dynamique, organisé(e) et esprit d’équipe
