About the Role

This full-time summer internship includes a minimum 10-week assignment and offers a competitive monthly salary. Interns may also be eligible for company-provided housing or a housing stipend based on individual needs. Each intern is paired with both a manager and mentor to support their professional growth throughout the program The Supply Chain Project Leader Intern will support strategic initiatives focused on improving customer on-time delivery performance, enhancing supply chain visibility, and driving continuous improvement across the order fulfillment process. Working alongside supply chain, operations, and commercial teams, you will analyze business data, identify root causes of performance gaps, and help implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience leading business improvement initiatives within a complex manufacturing environment while developing analytical, project management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development of an On Time delivery misses’ data capture process, considering standardized reason codes across the different sites and components of the End-to-End supply chain (Demand and Supply Chain planning, Manufacturing, Customer service, Procurement, Logistics and Commercial function)

  • Analyze available on time delivery data and identify major causes, trends and opportunities to improve service and drive operational excellence

  • Co-Facilitate Kaizen events to deep dive and drive improvements in targeted areas. 

  • Document findings, recommendations, and process improvements.

  • Present project results and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

  • Expected graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.

  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship, co-op, research, or work experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, analytics, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities, student organizations, leadership roles, or community service.
  • Interest in supply chain optimization, customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
