About Our Internships 


Tyndale Internships are designed for college students wanting to explore a career in the Christian Publishing industry. You will get to engage with other interns across various departments, attend training workshops, and participate in group projects designed to build professional skills.


Important Details 

  • Interviews for this opening will start in November 2026.
  • Internships will start in May 2027, and generally through the summer but can have flexible scheduling.  
  • The expected hourly range for this position is $17.50 per hour
  • The expected schedule is 40 hours per week on-site.


Digital Product Operations Intern


We are seeking a Digital Product Operations Intern for the summer of 2027 who is as passionate for God's Word as we are. This is a startup-like opportunity within Tyndale for an AI-native collaborator who wants to make an impact in digital Bible engagement. If you're excited about using cutting-edge tools to solve complex problems, analyzing user behavior to improve digital experiences, and collaborating with remote engineering and design teams, this may be the role for you.


As a founding member of our new Digital Product team, you will gain hands-on experience managing mobile app products like the Filament Bible app while working alongside our Director of Digital Product. This position offers exposure to every aspect of digital product management—from customer feedback analysis to content management to cross-functional collaboration—in an agile, startup-style environment where your contributions will directly impact how people engage with Scripture digitally.


Responsibilities

  • Drive product improvements by analyzing customer feedback from multiple channels (app store reviews, surveys, user communications) and translating insights into actionable recommendations for mobile app enhancements
  • Maintain user experience by managing content updates to within the Filament Bible app, including Bible reading plans, video content, and more
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential issues by monitoring and analyzing mobile app analytics data to support data-driven product decisions
  • Accelerate team productivity and innovation by creatively implementing AI tools across various product management tasks and processes
  • Collaborate effectively with remote engineering, design, and product management teammates to assess, prioritize, and implement bug fixes and feature update


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools beyond basic chatbot interactions, with creative applications in school or work projects that show an AI-native mindset
  • Interest in mobile app products, user experience, and digital engagement, with willingness to contribute across multiple product management disciplines regardless of primary academic focus
  • Currently pursuing a degree in software engineering, UX design, digital marketing, Bible/theology, or related field, with openness to learning outside your primary area of study
  • Collaborative mindset and excitement about working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment within an established organization
  • Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith
