About the Role

We are looking to add a Supply Chain Intern to our team for the summer. If you enjoy working in a fast-pace, startup environment and are passionate about leading-edge hardware for satellites, spacecraft, and aerospace systems, we would like to hear from you.

 

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management while supporting the daily operations of our organization. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in supply chain management or logistics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with indirect procurement activities to support the business operations
  • Maintain supply chain inventory and records
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to the supply chain team.
  • Track supply chain effectiveness, efficiency, and opportunities
  • Assist with inventory management by supporting the tracking, monitoring, and analysis of inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to the supply chain team, including maintaining documentation, organizing files, and participating in meetings.


REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), or PhD program in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field at an accredited university. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Great project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts and principles is a plus.
