What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Risk Management: support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across banking operations and processes

  • Process Improvement: assist in reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and control effectiveness

  • Automation Initiatives: support process enhancement and system automation projects that streamline manual activities and improve operational effectiveness

  • Data Analysis: analyse operational data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and support decision-making

  • Risk & Control Reviews: assist in evaluating process risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies, and support the development of practical recommendations

  • Project Support: participate in operational improvement and transformation projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and monitoring activities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work with stakeholders across business and support functions to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and support improvement initiatives

  • Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on operational risk, quality management, and service improvement initiatives as assigned

Quality and Service Management plays a key role in strengthening operational resilience, enhancing service standards, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. You'll work alongside professionals who partner various business and support functions to manage operational risks, improve processes, and deliver sustainable operational excellence. Through this role, you'll gain valuable insights into how banking operations are governed, monitored, and continuously enhanced to support business growth and customer outcomes.
