What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Risk Governance & Reporting: support day-to-day risk governance activities, management reporting, risk issue tracking, and coordination across stakeholders

  • Risk Analysis & Monitoring: assist in the consolidation and analysis of risk data, identify trends and risk hotspots, and support documentation of processes and controls

  • Dashboard Development & Automation: design and implement automated risk monitoring and reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making

  • Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and support productivity, digitalisation, and automation initiatives

  • Data Analytics: leverage digital tools and data analytics techniques to review operational data, enhance reporting capabilities, improve follow-up actions, and generate business insights

  • Projects & Continuous Improvement: contribute to initiatives that strengthen operational risk management, improve efficiency, and enhance control effectiveness across banking operations

  • Ad-hoc Support: provide support on departmental projects and other tasks as assigned
