在这一职位上，您将：

  • 审查客户提交的指示及其文件资料，并更新银行系统。
  • 通过电话/电邮受理客户相关业务的咨询和处理；为客户提供专业、快捷、准确的解答。
  • 恪守银行行业合规要求，为客户提供完整准确的方案及信息，解决客户问题，提供高质量服务。

 

任职要求：

  • 大专或以上在校生
  • 有良好的英语和粤语读写说能力
  • 有相关工作经验者优先考虑
  • 可持续实习3--6个月，每周工作日出勤至少3天（可半天凑）
