About the Role

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Intern Analyst


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
  • Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
  • Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • At least Graduate or an equivalent professional qualification in a quantitative field such as engineering, math, statistics, - Graduate 2028
  • Understanding of activities at financial services such as at an offshoring firm, a captive of a foreign bank or Indian bank in a relevant capacity or a credit rating agency
  • High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work across continents
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
  • Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team as per role requirement
