YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, job sites, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Welcome and support candidates during on-site interviews to ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Arrange interview rooms, materials, and required recruitment documents.
- Manage job postings, recruitment posters, and content across relevant channels.
- Support mass recruitment projects and client-driven recruitment assignments.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in Job Fairs, Recruitment Campaigns, and Mass Recruitment activities when required.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
2. Recruitment Administration & Data Management
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Update candidate status, interview schedules, pipelines, and tracking records.
- Ensure CVs, candidate profiles, and recruitment documents are accurate and well-organized.
- Prepare and consolidate recruitment reports and data.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields; available to work full-time.
- At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Outsourcing/Staffing.
- Good English communication skills in a professional working environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing and CV screening; Mass Recruitment or Manufacturing/Production hiring experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Canva; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Location: Etown Central, 14th Floor, 11 Doan Van Bo Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
