About the Role

Job Description:

Ready to join one of our Airbus Programs in Spain?


AIRBUS offers an internship (curricular practicum) program aimed at students who are in the last year of their degree with the main objective of acquiring professional skills through the development of a project in the company.
 

What do we offer?: Internship (curricular practicum) program + Bachelor’s Degree Final Project (TFG).
 

Mission: You will prepare a final year training project that will allow you to complete your official studies.
 

About practical training:

  • 6 months of curricular practicum at AIRBUS from February to July 2026

  • Part time: 5h / day - 25 hours per week (8h-13h)

  • Tutor assignment for continuous monitoring

Final project (TFG) to be carried out by the student:

Addressing the carbon fiber challenge in Illescas, this project proposes innovative strategies to integrate this high-performance material into a sustainable future, balancing its environmental footprint with its functional advantages  

  • Analyze the impact of our process

  • Study actions to implement in the short term: Reduce/ Recycle / Reuse.

  • Analyze how other Airbus sites address this problem

  • Analyze how the industry or other sectors address this problem.

  • Propose a medium-term strategy

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Studying Degree: Industrial engineer with a background in carbon materials

  • English: min. level B2 (C1 desirable) 

  • Spanish: min. level B1

  • Skills valued: Creativity, "think outside the box", Critical thinking

  • Team spirit and great collaboration skills

  • Ability to work in international environment
