Job Responsibilities

a) Monitor the latest developments and trends in PropTech, participate in product requirement research and analysis, and assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs); b) Conduct user research, collect user feedback, analyze user behavior data, and provide data support for product iterations; c) Assist the Product Manager in conducting competitive analysis, track industry dynamics, and produce analysis reports; d) Participate in product design reviews and assist in completing product prototype designs; e) Assist the Product Manager with project management, track project progress, and coordinate resources across various stakeholders.

Job Requirements

a) Currently enrolled at a prestigious university, available 4-5 days per week (full attendance preferred), for a six-month internship, with an ASAP start date; b) Prior internship experience (e.g., Product Manager, Product Operations); internship experience at internet companies is preferred; c) Interest in digitalization and PropTech; d) Proficient in basic tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; skills in data analysis are a plus; e) Strong English proficiency, with an IELTS score of 7.0 or above.
