People & Culture Intern (26-21)

The International Potato Center (CIP)
is seeking an energetic and outgoing People & Culture intern to perform as
an active member of the HR Business Partner Team. As a P&C intern, she/he
will be exposed to various aspects of the employee experience from Talent
Acquisition (recruiting) to Talent Development.
Key
responsibilities:
- Support the
Talent Acquisition process in coordination with the Business Partners team.
- Draft and
publish job postings for national and international positions across social
networks and job boards.
- Assist in the
recruitment process for national consultancy positions.
- Maintain and
update databases, as well as prepare KPI reports.
- Prepare
induction and training presentations for internal clients in collaboration with
HR Business Partners.
- Provide
logistical support for organizational welfare and engagement events.
- Consolidate and
organize data related to HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Student
of Administration, Industrial Engineer, or related area of study, with focus on
Human Resources and Organizational Development. High grade average is required.
- Prior
internship experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficiency
in the use of Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and
presentations.
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Demonstrated
analytical skills with a focus on details.
- Flexible
interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Available
to work at least 30 hours per week.
