YOUR ROLE

You contribute to the transformation of inland container transport activities (rail, barge, road) operated by more than 110 agencies worldwide. As part of the Transformation team within the Intermodal department, you help implement IT solutions, optimize processes, and improve management tools to support the department's development.

As a member of the MyTMS Project team, you will play a key role in the deployment of the Procurement stream for CMA CGM's new Transport Management System. Your missions will focus on:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Project Reporting & Progress Tracking: Contribute to the monitoring and communication of the Procurement stream roll-out, including the integration of rate grids into the new TMS with the use of a new AI-embedded application. • User Support & Change Adoption: Assist end-users during the transition to the new system by addressing their daily questions, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with the Change Lead to facilitate training and smooth adoption. You will also escalate critical issues to ensure minimal disruption to procurement users.

  • Procurement Dashboard Design & Requirements: Work alongside the Data Lead to define and design a Procurement dashboard aimed at identifying rate inconsistencies, enabling benchmarking, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This includes running workshops to gather business needs and defining KPIs, visualizations, and filters.
