CMA Conseil is the Group's internal strategy unit: designed to bring together a pool of external talent and deliver advice and recommendations to the entire top management. The team works across all Group entities. 

 

Joining CMA Conseil means stepping into a demanding, fast-paced environment where professional posture, execution speed, and analytical quality are at the core 

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

 

As an intern, your responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking and in-depth analyses (quantitative and qualitative) on Group activities and markets 

  • Produce high-quality slide presentations for senior management and clients 

  • Synthesize mission outputs and contribute to formalizing the team’s intellectual capital 

  • Track and publish mission KPIs; participate in key steering meetings 

  • Contribute to live strategic projects spanning a broad range of topics: M&A integrations, geographic expansion and new entity creation, organizational restructuring, HR transformation, and customer experience improvement 

  • Participate in internal process automation and team operations improvement 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

 

  • Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) from a top business school  

  • Proven track record producing analytical deliverables: Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive presentations) 

  • Fluent French and English, written and spoken (bilingual working environment) 

  • Strong synthesis and communication skills: ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise outputs 

  • Rigor and reliability under tight deadlines and high visibility (deliverables go directly to top management) 

  • Prior experience at a consulting firm, investment bank or in a strategic corporate role 

  • Appetite for high-intensity environments  

  • Curiosity for transformation, M&A and corporate organisation topics 

 

 

JOB ENVIRONMENT 

 

  • Location: MARSEILLE 

  • Internship duration: 6 monts, beginning January 2027
