Will BE PROFICIENT IN THESE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BY END OF CO-OP:

• Strong working knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
• Managing a contract and equipment lifecycle process – renewals, onboarding, lease management.
• Understanding, analyzing and presenting data to help teams make solid business decisions.
• Recognizing and reducing budget spend with license optimization and other programs.
• Assists in the management of project implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science or related discipline.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping, online stores and ordering.
• Interest in hardware, software, contract management and catalog management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep schedules and deadlines on track.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work successfully on a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must be familiar with Windows and Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet
• Familiarity with ticketing or service management systems, specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience with catalog, check in and check out inventory management systems.

Compensation:
Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $25.00 – $27.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
