About the Role

In this position candidates will complete 2 rotations.

Position Summary As a Process Engineer Co-op, you will be immersed in hands-on projects that tackle real-world challenges and introduce you to cutting-edge technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting while contributing to meaningful improvements in our manufacturing and engineering processes. You’ll collect and analyze data, identify areas for optimization, and may assist in designing processes or equipment to support those improvements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Apply principles of math, statistics, science, and engineering to solve practical problems and develop effective solutions.

Manage time and tasks efficiently by understanding project requirements, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Demonstrate initiative and a results-driven mindset to ensure deliverables align with cost and schedule expectations.

Collaborate effectively in both individual and team environments.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program in one of the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and disciplines.

Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic engineering environment.
