About The Company
Who we are: Belstra Milling is a family-owned regional independent feed manufacturing company located in the northwest Indiana town of Demotte. Albert "Bud"​ Belstra established the company in 1954. What we do: Our main business is manufacturing feed for livestock; mostly swine and dairy. During the 1990's, a relationship with Pig Improvement Company (PIC), a swine genetics company, grew such that today, we think of ourselves as a "supplier of genetics"​. Not only do we represent PIC but we work with producers to help them maximize their operations through knowledge gained on the farms we manage.
About the Role

Description

Belstra Group Farms are located in Northwest Indiana and Eastern Illinois and offer a 12-week pig production internship that allows students to complete a summer program getting hands-on experience within multiple modern-day swine production facilities. This internship is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic student in agriculture looking to gain valuable experience within a growing industry. Requirements
