The Role

  • Manage multiple plant engineering projects under the direction of the Plant Engineer and in collaboration with Plant personnel
  • Lead project research phase to effectively scope out projects and develop possible solutions
  • Use 3D modeling software to design solutions for plant engineering projects
  • Work with external contractors or use plant resources to fabricate and implement designed solutions
  • Work with plant personnel to review and analyze the implemented solution
  • Attend meetings related to plant safety, quality, and production
  • Assist Plant Engineer with daily plant engineering tasks

Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
  • May 2027 - December 2027

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3D modeling experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
