The Role
- Manage multiple plant engineering projects under the direction of the Plant Engineer and in collaboration with Plant personnel
- Lead project research phase to effectively scope out projects and develop possible solutions
- Use 3D modeling software to design solutions for plant engineering projects
- Work with external contractors or use plant resources to fabricate and implement designed solutions
- Work with plant personnel to review and analyze the implemented solution
- Attend meetings related to plant safety, quality, and production
- Assist Plant Engineer with daily plant engineering tasks
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
- May 2027 - December 2027

What You’ll Bring
Essential Qualifications:
- 3D modeling experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
