THE POSITION
The Enterprise Management Co-Op will report to the Business and Program Manager within the larger L&ERM Chief Operating Officer team. The Co-op will be responsible for various activities connected with overseeing and managing the L&ERM organization. The successful candidate will partner with L&ERM broadly and across the firm and will help to support the function’s short-term and long-term goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual responsibilities span the spectrum of exposure to business and program management. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Developing and monitoring the management reports currently available to the L&ERM Leadership Team (providing analysis of trends and other points in need of highlighting)
- Providing project management support on a number of prioritized, global initiatives
- Supporting the non-compensation expense budget process and oversight of expense reporting – enhancing the model currently in place
- Supporting the management of the daily aspects of the resource needs for the division, including the resource staffing model and outsourcing budget
- Supporting the organization, monitoring-of, and reporting-on L&ERM’s global headcount and other employee processes including the year-end performance, functional promotion, talent assessment, and officership cycles
- Ensuring the accuracy of L&ERM employee data in Workday
- Working alongside L&ERM’s BCP delegate and the Workplace Resilience team to define L&ERM’s business continuity plan and communicate internally
- Working with business management peers across the firm on a variety of initiatives ranging from investment technology to real estate to vendor management
- Taking-on ad hoc projects, such as facilitating opportunities for improving communication and collaboration and leveraging efficiencies related to L&ERM business practices and policies, including management of the outside counsel scorecard process, the L&ERM SharePoint site, and L&ERM Teams sites
- Working closely with the Business and Program Manager on the tracking of key business priorities, advancing the group’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, defining, and evolving the division’s organizational structure and strategy, and implementing programs to help achieve strategic objectives the division
QUALIFICATIONS
Working in this role requires a high degree of organizational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with an ability to prioritize ongoing and time sensitive goals. Further, the successful candidate for this role will possess a high degree of professionalism and have an eagerness to learn, an interest in financial markets, and a sense of humor.
Strong academic credentials are required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Please note: This co-op position entails cross-training to ensure optimal performance across functions. The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/January 2027.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
$19-$35 per hourThis range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
