THE POSITION
The Client Invoicing and Reporting Co-op will collaborate with members of the Revenue and Invoicing team to calculate and prepare quarterly management fee invoices for clients and compile billing-related information for internal and external reporting. There is exposure to sensitive and confidential information, including invoicing clients with Most Favored Nation status. The Co-op will also interact regularly with members of the Client Group (client-facing management) and Investment Products & Fund Services (management of investment products and strategies) to process reporting data, answer billing questions, update client information, and resolve payment issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and review management fee invoices and supporting documents related to the calculation of fees
Collaborate with Client Group teams by calculating, presenting and providing data for client reporting
Participate in off-cycle projects to improve workflow and efficiency
Ad hoc requests from internal and external constituents
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous related work experience or Co-op experience is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Advanced grasp of common business mathematics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn on the job
Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Please note: This co-op position entails cross-training to ensure optimal performance across functions. The anticipated start date for accepted candidates is December 2026/January 2027.

Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation; all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is:
$19-$35 per hourThis range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and/ or Incentives, if eligible.
