More about the role


Responsibilities:

  • Sort, label, and organize legal and corporate documents for secure and easy retrieval.

  • Maintain document inventories using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and identify incomplete, duplicated, expired, or missing records.

  • Assist with scanning, digitizing, and archiving documents.

  • Research relevant regulations and prepare clear summaries of key requirements, risks, sanctions, and follow-up actions.

  • Provide progress updates and coordinate with the Legal team and other departments.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company documents and information.

More about you

  • Fresh graduate from any academic background; a Law degree is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand and summarize documents and regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

  • Available for a three-month, on-site internship and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
