EXPLORE FAITH. EXPERIENCE ADVENTURE.

Getaway With God is a faith-based travel brand created to connect Christian travelers, churches, ministries, families, students, pastors, and faith communities with meaningful travel experiences.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that travel can be more than simply visiting a destination. Travel can create opportunities for fellowship, spiritual growth, education, service, reflection, cultural understanding, and experiencing God's creation.

Elite Travel Inc. currently offers and promotes faith-based travel opportunities including Christian tours, church and ministry travel, pastor-focused travel programs, seminars at sea, retreat experiences, student tours, and other spiritually meaningful journeys. The website also promotes discounted airfare assistance for church, ministry, and Christian groups.

This internship provides a student with an opportunity to study how marketing principles can be applied specifically to the Christian travel and faith-based tourism industry.

The internship is designed to provide educational instruction and supervised practical experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital advertising, content development, audience research, church outreach, travel promotion, and campaign evaluation.

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

The primary purpose of this internship is to provide the student with an educational experience connecting classroom marketing concepts with the real-world operation of a faith-based travel brand.

The internship is intended to complement the student's academic education rather than replace the work of a paid employee.

The student will work under supervision and will receive instruction, feedback, evaluation, and opportunities to apply classroom concepts to carefully selected educational projects.

The student will study how a travel organization can communicate with different Christian audiences while maintaining appropriate professionalism, accuracy, sensitivity, and respect for differing Christian traditions and denominations.
