Annual Risk Management & Internal Control Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of information for the Annual Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control for inclusion in the Group’s Annual Report.
  • Assist in gathering and consolidating risk management and internal control information from relevant business units and departments.
  • Support the review and updating of supporting documentation, risk management activities and disclosures to ensure information is complete and accurate.

IFRS S1 & S2 Sustainability-Related Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of information required for IFRS S1 (General Requirements for Disclosure of Sustainability-related Financial Information) and IFRS S2 (Climate-related Disclosures) reporting.
  • Support the collection, organisation and validation of relevant sustainability, climate-related and risk information from various departments.
  • Assist in maintaining supporting data, documentation and working papers for reporting and disclosure purposes.

Quarterly Risk Management & Risk Register Review

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for quarterly Risk Management meetings, including meeting papers, presentations and supporting documents.
  • Assist in the review and updating of risk registers, including risk descriptions, risk ratings, mitigation measures, risk owners and action plans.
  • Follow up with relevant departments on updates to risk mitigation actions and assist in consolidating the information for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining proper records and documentation of risk management activities and follow-up actions.
