About the Role

General Summary 

The Engineering Intern will have the exciting opportunity to learn “real world” experience and accelerate their career by working with driven and successful leaders within our company. The Engineering Intern will assist Engineers & other personnel in various ways. 

Education & Experience  

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program majoring in one of the following disciplines: Civil, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical. 

• Minimum of 2 years coursework completed in engineering courses. 

• Preferred GPA 3.0+ 

• Familiarity with the application of current engineering modeling software (i.e., CAD software, SolidWorks, etc.). 

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. 

• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills. 

• Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment. 

• No relocation or housing assistance is being offered. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

• Intern will typically support one or more experienced engineers in performance of assignments, spend time shadowing actual operations, and have unique assignments that support projects as well as experience the day-to-day workings of engineering. 

• Assist in preparing engineering related calculations, design drawings, specifications, and visual aids.

• Collect and enter data and apply technical principles and theories to assist in interpreting and analyzing data. 

• Miscellaneous assignments on an as-needed basis.
