It’s the perfect role that bridges the real world of business and logistics with the technological layer. It’s not a traditional software developer isolated from the business, nor an administrative operations profile doing everything manually; it’s the person who uses technology to scale the business.

Here’s a clear breakdown of what this person would do on a day‑to‑day basis:

1. Operational Diagnosis & Bottleneck Removal Process Mapping: Analyzes end‑to‑end how daily tasks are executed (from the moment a client enters the pipeline to contract signing or property management) to understand where time is being lost. Inefficiency Hunting: Identifies bottlenecks—manual, repetitive or error‑prone steps like copying and pasting data between Excel sheets—and redesigns workflows to make them agile.

2. Automation & Tool Integration System Integration: Uses automation tools (Make, Zapier, Python or scripts) to connect existing systems (CRM, email, WhatsApp, forms) so information flows automatically without human intervention. Rapid Prototyping (Low‑Code / No‑Code): Builds ultra‑fast solutions to solve urgent team problems without waiting for the traditional software team to develop them from scratch.

3. Co‑building & Optimizing the Internal Platform (“Vistral”) Bridge Between Business and Software: Being immersed in daily operations, this person knows exactly what the business needs. They translate operational problems into clear technical requirements for the Vistral app. Vistral Evolution & Optimization: Tests the internal application, detects usability issues (bugs or friction), proposes new features, and ensures a smooth transition from legacy tools to Vistral across the company. Data Loading & Migration: Ensures that the data feeding Vistral is clean, structured, and synchronized with other databases.
