Work you’ll do

  • Perform and complete all HR administrative, data entry and reporting tasks in assigned areas in an accurate and timely manner
  • Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure
  • Adherence to agreed service level agreements.
  • Participating in regular review of systems, processes and procedures to continuously improve HR processes.
  • Continuously strive to provide high quality service to meet or exceed agreed service levels
  • Actively participate in teamwork by backing-up other team members from time-to-time

Requirements

  • For internship duration of at least 3 months
  • Currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management with strong academic credentials to date (CGPA 3.2 and above)
  • Fresh graduates who are keen to develop competencies in HR are encouraged to apply
  • Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
  • Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude to change
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
