About the Role

JOB SUMMARY:

Seeking an IT Process & Automation Analyst to support improving operational efficiency through process optimization and automation. 

The role will focus on analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and developing automated solutions for reporting, data processing and analysis.

The Intern will need to be available for at least 6 months for at least 4 days full time a week, starting from ideally Feb 2027.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, map, and streamline existing business and finance processes to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency.

  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel VBA, Power Automate, or similar platforms.

  • Develop automated data analysis workflows to improve accuracy, speed, and consistency of insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure automation solutions meet business needs.

  • Maintain documentation for processes, automation logic, and system changes.

  • Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement for automation tools and pipelines.

 

 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: 

  • Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.

  • Strong skills in automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL, Excel VBA).

  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into automated solutions.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.

  • Good communication skills to work with business stakeholders.
