Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update client information in the TaxDome database under supervision
  • Prepare client documents for mailing, email, or fax and confirm that appropriate documentation is included
  • Monitor shared electronic inboxes for incoming client files and requests and route items appropriately
  • Assemble tax returns and confirm that all required components and client instructions are included
  • Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records while protecting confidential information
  • Work with administrative and tax staff to meet deadlines and provide timely updates on assigned work
  • Receive and apply feedback to improve administrative knowledge, office procedures, and client service skills
  • Assist with other administrative duties as requested by a manager or partner

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, accounting, office administration, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of tax and/or public accounting or private industry accounting
