Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Research & Strategic Projects

  • Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.

  • Support preparation of presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.

  • Assist with fundraising, product development, and strategic planning initiatives.

  • Participate in special projects relating to ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities.

2. Fund & Portfolio Management

  • Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across APAC investments.

  • Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes.

  • Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.

3. Investment & Financial Analysis

  • Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments.

  • Conduct market research on sector fundamentals, supply-demand dynamics, rental trends, and transaction activity.

  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and supporting analysis for internal discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

  • Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or broader financial services is preferred.

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to March 2027.

  • Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic portfolio concepts.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and information.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
