Quality Assurance (QA) Intern (AI-Assisted)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy QA Intern to join our Quality Engineering team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will work alongside senior QA engineers and developers to ensure our software applications meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern QA practices, software automation, and the practical application of AI development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT) to accelerate test design, bug diagnosis, and test execution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Test Planning & Execution: Review product specifications, write structured manual test cases, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests. 
• AI-Assisted QA Workflows: Leverage AI coding assistants and LLM tools to draft test scenarios, generate synthetic test data, and analyze test failure logs. 
• Defect Reporting & Tracking: Identify, reproduce, and log detailed bug reports in issue-tracking systems, ensuring clear steps to reproduce. 
• Automation & API Support: Assist senior engineers in creating and maintaining API (e.g., Postman) and UI test automation scripts. 
• Agile Collaboration: Active participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives within an Agile team environment. 

Basic Qualifications 

• Education: 3rd/4th-year student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• QA Fundamentals: Solid understanding of software development/testing lifecycles (SDLC/STLC), test design techniques, and the bug lifecycle. 
• AI Tooling: Practical experience using modern AI productivity or development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) for code generation or problem-solving. 
• Programming Basics: Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python). 
• English Proficiency: Good technical English skills (reading documentation, writing clear bug reports, and communicating via Slack/email). 
• Critical Thinking: Ability to review, validate, and troubleshoot AI-generated output for accuracy. 

Nice-to-Have Skills 

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). 
• Exposure to test management platforms (e.g., TestRail, Xray) or issue trackers (Jira). 
• Basic knowledge of web automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress) and Git version control. 

• Working time: 9AM - 6PM, Monday to Friday
