The Johnson & Johnson SCT Deliver organization is passionate about providing accurate, timely, compliant and outstanding product delivery to our business. Our Innovative Medicine Warehouse Management (IMWM) team is committed to providing an industry-leading, scalable, harmonized distribution system to manage the receipt, storage and shipment of products through our pharmaceuticals distribution centers. 

Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Innovative Medicine supporting IMWM Distribution is recruiting for a JJT IM SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op, Technical Product Analyst (TPA) within the IMWM Group supporting SCRUM team operations and to be located at either Somerset, NJ or Shepherdsville, KY 

The Product Analyst Co-op will support the development and execution of product strategies focused on ERP Implementations and WMS enhancements. This role is for students interested in supply chain technology, product management, and business process automation. 

Key Job Responsibilities  

  • Participate in product solutioning workshops inclusive of system design conversations used to determine how we deliver business value. 
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design and documentation. 
  • Help translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for critical initiatives across IMWM Deliver product strategies. 
  • Support ERP Implementation Go-Live. 
  • Learn and apply agile (SAFe) and product management methodologies and guidelines in solution delivery. 
  • Participate in PI Planning and Sprint Execution Activities inclusive of attendance/participation at SCRUM ceremonies and writing/performing test executions. 
  • Support efforts to track and report on product outcomes, sprint-over-sprint and PI related metrics used to drive Product Management level decision.  

Key Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Interest in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices (SAFe Preferred) and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) inclusive of product documentation. 
  • Ability to work multi-functionally in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting. 
  • Eagerness to learn about product strategy, integration technologies, and customer experience solutions. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, drives continuous improvement. 
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills.  

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.  Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
