About the Role

We are currently looking for an intern to start in November 2026 for a period of six months.

About the Role

As part of the Front Office Team, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire Front Office operation, including the Front Desk, Executive Lounge, and Switchboard. The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of guest service delivery while supporting various areas of the department.

Responsibilities

Forming part of the Front Office Team, the duties include:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and ensuring an enjoyable and hassle-free stay.
  • Assisting guests at the Front Desk with check-in, check-out, and general enquiries.
  • Supporting operations within the Executive Lounge and delivering exceptional service to our valued guests.
  • Handling incoming calls and guest requests through the Switchboard in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maximising revenue through Rooms and Food & Drink upselling while contributing towards departmental targets.
  • Handling guest comments, enquiries, and concerns, always aiming to exceed expectations.
  • Performing general Front Office duties and administrative tasks as required.
  • Developing knowledge and practical experience across all key Front Office functions.

Languages:

  • High level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset.
