About the Role

Summer Internship Opportunity | Supply Chain Intern (2 Openings)

Locations: Pipestone, MN & Sioux Falls, SD

Are you looking to gain real-world business and supply chain experience this summer? Join PIPESTONE as a Supply Chain Intern and work alongside our purchasing, warehouse fulfillment, and logistics teams to help deliver affordable, timely, and bio-secure supplies to independent farmers.

This internship is perfect for students who enjoy problem-solving, data analysis, teamwork, and fast-paced operational environments.

What You'll Do

✅ Improve purchasing data and strengthen data integrity
✅ Maintain and organize pricing records within our ERP system
✅ Analyze operational KPIs and support decision-making
✅ Assist with warehouse space utilization and order fulfillment optimization
✅ Track inbound and outbound shipments
✅ Identify process improvement opportunities with warehouse and logistics teams
✅ Help develop and refine operational procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
    • 1-2 years of post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Previous business or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
    • Livestock or animal health industry exposure is beneficial
