How The Program Works:
The Stryten Energy Maintenance Co-Op program combines supervised structured on-the-job training with related technical instruction. The supervised structured on-the-job training will take place at our manufacturing facility in Lampeter, PA. The related technical instruction is the academic portion of the program, and will be provided through your enrollment at Lancaster County CTC.
Responsibilities
- Work safely in accordance with applicable Company policies and work rules.
- Comply with absenteeism and tardiness policies at work and school.
- Attend and participate in related instructional and educational programs and maintain the highest possible grades as required.
- Be involved and show dedication to your training, both on the job and in the classroom.
- Show dedication and interest in learning the trade.
- Show respect to the Company employees training and supervising you.
- Follow the Company’s written work rules and applicable policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The Maintenance Co-Op program is available to individuals who meet the qualifications by being enrolled at Lancaster County CTC.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
