Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
Dates: June 7, 2027 - August 13, 2027
Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day
Location: Chicago, IL

Overview
In this 10-Week specialized program, you will be exposed to Demand Forecasting, Replenishment Planning and Business Analytics. You will assist the Demand and Inventory Planning team and be exposed to the fundamentals of retail and wholesale businesses.
Sales Planning Intern Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and inventory planning for our product categories
- Analyze statistical forecast models in the supply chain planning system to ensure the system is developing the best forward forecast
- Build and Review inventory reports to identify low-volume SKUs that need to be exited at our retail partners
- Build and review aged inventory reports and work with the sales team on a selling strategy
- Participate and collaborate in internal meetings and projects
- Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday being a half-day
Project
Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.
Requirements
- Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Math Majors
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Excel
