About the Role
 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support quality digitization projects aimed at improving efficiency and reducing process cycle times.
  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the digitization and automation of quality-related documentation and records.
  • Support document control activities to ensure accurate maintenance, accessibility, and compliance of quality documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve information management practices.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations related to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide recommendations based on data insights.
  • Learn and apply quality processes, digital tools, and best practices in a professional environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, quality systems, or data analysis.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Exposure to quality management systems, process improvement concepts, or documentation control practices through coursework, projects, or internships.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, reporting tools, or basic automation concepts.
  • Experience working on academic projects involving data analysis or process optimization.
  • Understanding of New Product Development (NPD) processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn new digital tools and technologies quickly.
