Nike, Inc. Internship Supply Chain & Operations

Additionally, we are looking for students who are: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Economics, or a related field  
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset  
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly  
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in optimizing processes and solving complex business challenges  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST  

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution 
• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027 
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home  
• You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands 

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON 

As a Supply Chain & Operations Intern, you'll contribute to delivering a world-class supply chain that brings Nike and Converse products to consumers across EMEA. Internship opportunities are available across Nike Supply Chain & Operations and Converse Inventory Operations, where you'll help optimize processes, improve performance, and support end-to-end supply chain execution. 

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: 

• Support supply chain processes and initiatives that drive operational excellence and business performance 
• Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making 
• Help manage order book activities, including order status, shipping updates, and process tracking 
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability 
• Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and cross-functional teams
