Buscamos um Jovem Aprendiz para apoiar a área de Dados de um de nossos clientes. O profissional contribuirá para a organização, tratamento e validação de informações utilizadas em análises estratégicas, rotinas de CRM e relatórios gerenciais, desenvolvendo conhecimentos práticos em uma das áreas que mais cresce no mercado.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

  • Gestão e Tratamento de Dados: Apoiar a extração, organização e conferência de bases de dados.
  • Controles e Relatórios: Atualizar controles operacionais, planilhas e indicadores da área.
  • Qualidade da Informação: Auxiliar na validação da qualidade dos dados e na identificação de inconsistências.
  • Visualização de Dados: Dar suporte à equipe na construção e manutenção de dashboards e relatórios analíticos.
  • Apoio ao CRM: Colaborar nas rotinas de CRM, ajudando na segmentação de públicos e no acompanhamento dos resultados de campanhas.

Requisitos e Perfil Desejado

  • Interesses: Forte interesse por tecnologia, dados, análise de informações e curiosidade em desenvolver conhecimentos associados ao uso de Inteligência Artificial (IA).
  • Habilidades Comportamentais:
  • Organização e excelente atenção aos detalhes.
  • Raciocínio lógico e facilidade de aprendizado.
  • Proatividade para buscar soluções e apoiar o time.
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal e postura colaborativa para o trabalho em equipe.
  • Conhecimentos Técnicos:
  • Excel (nível básico).
  • Pacote Office (especialmente PowerPoint para apoio na montagem de apresentações).

Diferenciais (Plus)

  • Nocões ou vivência prévia com códigos/scripts para extração de dados (ex: SQL, Python ou ferramentas similares).

Requisitos do Programa (Regulatório)

  • Idade de acordo com as diretrizes do Programa Jovem Aprendiz (entre 14 e 24 anos incompletos).
  • Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio/Técnico.
  • Disponibilidade para cumprir a jornada de trabalho e o curso de aprendizagem teórico.
