Buscamos uma pessoa estagiária para apoiar a área de Tecnologia da Informação. O profissional atuará prestando suporte técnico aos colaboradores e auxiliando nas rotinas operacionais de infraestrutura, logística de equipamentos e controle de ativos de TI, contribuindo para a eficiência e continuidade das operações da empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

  • Suporte Técnico a Usuários: Auxiliar no atendimento a chamados de TI (1º nível), apoiando na resolução de dúvidas e problemas de hardware, periféricos, softwares e sistemas operacionais.
  • Gestão de Ativos e Logística: Apoiar os processos de configuração, entrega, recolhimento e controle de equipamentos de TI para movimentações de colaboradores (admissões e desligamentos).
  • Inventário de TI: Auxiliar no acompanhamento, organização e atualização do inventário de equipamentos, licenças e acessórios de TI.
  • Rotinas Operacionais: Apoiar em configurações básicas de computadores, rotinas de backup, documentação de atendimentos e tarefas administrativas da área.
  • Orientação ao Usuário: Prestar apoio básico aos colaboradores quanto ao uso correto dos sistemas e ferramentas corporativas.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Formação: Cursando Ensino Superior ou Técnico em TI, Ciência da Computação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimentos Técnicos:
  • Conhecimentos básicos/intermediários em sistemas operacionais (Windows e macOS).
  • Familiaridade com o pacote Microsoft 365.
  • Noções de hardware, redes e sistemas de suporte/chamados.
  • Habilidades Comportamentais:
  • Boa comunicação interpessoal e orientação para atendimento ao cliente/usuário.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade.
  • Capacidade de priorização e vontade de aprender.
