Fraunhofer IGD is the international leading institute for applied research in visual computing. Visual computing is image- and model-based information technology and includes computer graphics and computer vision, as well as virtual and augmented reality. About the Role

Das Fraunhofer IMS forscht an anwendungsspezifischen mikroelektronischen Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich der smarten Sensoren. Hierbei reicht das Spektrum von aktiven und intelligenten vernetzten Sensorsystemen bis zu batterielosen ultra-low-power Sensorsystemen für Spezialanwendungen. Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit unterstützen Sie die Gruppe Wireless Sensors and Systems, die sich mit Funkanwendungen und kabelloser Messtechnik beschäftigt. Die Themen reichen von implantierbaren Sensorsystemen für diagnostische und therapeutische Anwendungen bis hin zu Identifikations- und Sensorlösungen für industrielles IoT und Smart-City-Anwendungen mit besonderen Anforderungen. 

 

Die Tätigkeiten erfordern die Anwesenheit am Arbeitsort Duisburg. Remote-Arbeit ist nicht möglich.

 

Hier sorgen Sie für Veränderung

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Erstellung von Testschaltungen sowie die Durchführung von Messungen und Tests im Hochfrequenz- und Elektroniklabor. Dabei sammeln Sie bereits während Ihres Studiums praktische Erfahrungen bei der Umsetzung von Ideen im Team und unterstützen uns bei der Bearbeitung wissenschaftlicher Projekte. Gleichzeitig haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr im Studium erworbenes Wissen anzuwenden, zu vertiefen und neue Technologien in unterschiedlichen Anwendungsfeldern kennenzulernen.
