About the Role

H2M architects + engineers, a multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm with multiple offices in NY & NJ seeks qualified interns to work closely with experienced professionals in our Human Resources Department.

The Intern will be responsible for:

General administrative tasks.
Providing office support for the HR team
Assisting departments with projects including distribution of information, data entry, filing, and research.
Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

Is a sophomore or greater at an accredited institution.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Eagerness to learn.
Ability to work individually as well as in a team.

What to Expect

Our interns work both part time and full time, depending on the group, office, and need of H2M. This is an in-person internship. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in college and are attaining their bachelor’s or master’s degree. Anyone who is not currently attending college should apply to our full-time positions.

Throughout the program, students have the opportunity to work on current projects, proposals, conduct site visits and attend client meetings. During the duration of the program, we offer professional development seminars for resume writing, interview skills and team building exercises.

At the conclusion of internships, each intern will complete a final presentation detailing their achievement of goals, results on projects and what they learned during their time with H2M.
