Job Grade: Graduate Intern

To provide service and support to Customers and Commercial Division and be a link between Internal and external customers. To perform and support supply chain operations for fulfilment of customer requirements and cost optimization efforts. 

Responsibilities:

1.         Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain and Support dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI and Excel.
• Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation activities.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and performance reports.

2.         Data Management & Governance

• Support data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions.
• Participate in data validation, master data management, and data governance activities.
• Help maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.

3.         Business Insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Generate actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

4.         Automation & Digital Enablement

• Assist in process automation projects using Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, or related analytics tools.
• Support development of self-service reporting capabilities.
• Explore opportunities to improve efficiency through data visualization and analytics.

Requirements:

Education:

·  Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing final year) in:

• Data Science
• Statistics
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Information Technology
• Mathematics
• Business Analytics
• Supply Chain Analytics

·  Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical capability.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in customer service or sales support
