Your Role: Market Research Intern

At Elanco, you will support market research activities connected with the launch of a new product in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role will focus on understanding how veterinary professionals and other clinic stakeholders advise and prescribe treatments, and how these treatments are followed up in practice. Your work will help translate local market insights into recommendations for a successful product launch in February 2027.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop a market research survey in collaboration with the Brand Manager and technical consultants, including support in defining the core research question.
• Execute the survey among relevant veterinary clinic stakeholders in Belgium and the Netherlands, including veterinary assistants, veterinary nurses and veterinarians.
• Analyse the research data to identify patterns in treatment recommendations, prescribing decisions, protocols and treatment follow-up.
• Define clear findings and actionable recommendations based on the research results.
• Prepare a research report with clear graphs and tables, and present the findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Currently pursuing studies in veterinary medicine, animal sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Genuine interest in animal health and market research.
• Ability to develop and execute surveys in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse data, draw clear conclusions and communicate findings through written reports and presentations.
