Working Student - Finance & Controlling (d/f/m)

General Information

A basic requirement for a working student position at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at a university throughout the period of employment. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly and annual financial statements.
• Conduct ad hoc and in-depth analyses to identify cost-saving and efficiency-improvement opportunities and support management decision-making.
• Ensure data quality and maintain controlling-related data, documentation, and systems.
• Support the implementation of controlling projects.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales and Production to support cross-functional business activities.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with controlling teams across the automotive corporation.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field of study.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Initial experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with excellent organizational abilities and flexibility.
