Your opportunity

This is a 6-month off cycle internship programme from January to July 2027 focusing on first hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking.

• You will work closely with portfolio managers and research analysts in Greater China team focusing on investment research projects and data analysis
• Assist in information gathering and meeting preparation
• Conduct meetings with company management and sellside analysts
• Conduct ESG Engagement
• Update data file on regular basis for portfolio management
• Develop expertise in data resources, such as Bloomberg / Factset, to aid research process
• Prepare client presentation deck and marketing materials
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Must have skills

• University student from a tertiary institution in Hong Kong, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a similar discipline
• Possess an interest in mutual funds and a basic understanding of the asset management/private banking industry
• Exceptional analytical and research skills
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot)
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to details
• Proficient in AI models and agents (co-pilot, models of OpenAI and Anthropic)

Nice to have skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
