Intern Masters Software Engineer

As an Intern Masters Software Eng here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will provide technical expertise and support, assist in developing application solutions, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution. You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Brno, Czech Republic location on a Hybrid work schedule.

We’re building software for large commercial aircraft—not simulations, not demos, but real aviation products that fly. You’ll be part of an international team, working closely with colleagues in the US.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Collaboration with the Engineering team to identify problems in current code & applications, ideas for improvement, and changes to be made.
• Coding and script writing.
• Participating in development.
• Software integration.
• Testing.
• IT administration and support – including database upgrades, adding additional users, supporting IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

Key skills and qualifications

• Knowledge of various programming languages-especially MATLAB
• Knowledge of IT, SW and HW infrastructure
• Experienced in using MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Knowledge of user support and server administration
