Internship Details:

  • Location: Portage, IN
  • Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Benefits: This role is not eligible for benefits

MSI Express Internship Program:

MSI Express is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive student to join our internship program, focusing on process optimization, documentation development, and startup efficiency for manufacturing projects. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in engineering within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Internship Focus Areas:

As an Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in:

  • Project Startup & Optimization: Assist in the startup and optimization of manufacturing lines, focusing on efficiency and throughput improvements.
  • Technical Documentation Development: Support the development of work instructions, centerline documents, and process improvement plans.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess production throughput and operational efficiency for new product lines.
