The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Okara Park is seeking passionate Full-Time New Zealand Intern Pharmacists (40 hours a week, 80 hours a fortnight) with current NZ APCs to join our vibrant team as. As part of our community, you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, collaborate on best practices, and drive professional growth. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality pharmacy services, ensuring the highest industry standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting with scripts in/out and dispensing 
General Dispensary administration
Ordering and unpacking Dispensary stock
Assisting with customer service queries
Counselling customers about medications
Dispensary inventory management and order processing
Offering exceptional customer service, ensuring everyone receives the attention and information they deserve.
Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels

Skills

Ability to undertake pre-registrant year immediately
Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
Dedicated work ethic
Excellent customer service
Eye for detail and accuracy
Retail Pharmacy experience advantageous
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Certifications

Ability to undertake pre-registrant year immediately

Physical Requirements

Repeat the same movements
Stand for long periods of time
Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
