• Support the full lifecycle of campaign operations, including preparing campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating promotional placements, and overseeing launches.

• Coordinate on-site campaign activities such as banners, push notifications, and pop-ups, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

• Monitor campaign performance in real time and prepare post-campaign reports containing actionable insights for future optimization.

• Collect and analyze recurring user issues, collaborate with Product and Technology teams to investigate problems, verify fixes, and help reduce recurring user cases.

• Handle escalated user tickets received from Moderation and Customer Service teams, ensuring issues are followed through appropriately.

• Maintain FAQs and other user-facing documentation to promote consistent communication and improve the overall user experience.

• Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders to support scalable user and content growth.

• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors across regions to coordinate campaign requirements and execution.

• Contribute to operational improvements by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and supporting initiatives that enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital communities.

• Previous exposure to Web3, content creation, social platforms, or the creator economy is an advantage.

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and vendors.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of patience, accountability, and execution discipline.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and regions.

• Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, including the confidence to investigate issues and work independently toward solutions.

• Resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

• Comfortable managing multiple operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
