About ING Bank

ING Bank covers Wholesale and Retail Banking in Asia Pacific. Our Wholesale Banking business is present and active in 11 major economies in the Asia Pacific, namely Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. ING offers both retail and wholesale banking services in Australia. Globally, ING Wholesale Banking has an international network in 40 countries.

What will you be doing? 

Support FM sales in delivering ING products and services to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct market, industry, and company research; collect, organize, and analyze relevant information to help sales identify potential business opportunities and to understand the difference between ING and market peers.
• Assist with the preparation, updating, and Chinese-English translation of pitch books, client presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Support the team in responding to client requests and coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Assist with general office administration, data maintenance, filing, trip/meeting/client activity arrangement and other assignments as required.

What qualities and skills are we looking for? 

We are looking for a passionate and dependable individual who meets the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing a university degree or above, preferably with finance, economics, business, or a related background.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and presentation skills.
• Good time management, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive, with a high degree of initiative and drive.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, word, is preferred.
• A genuine interest in financial markets, banking products.
